I like doing business with people I know, like, and trust and the team at Trinity is next to family, no exaggeration we laugh and cry with one another. If you are a smart carpet cleaner that understands the difference between cost and price, then you can appreciate a piece of equipment made by Trinity that will last you through the ages. Too many get hung up on price. As far as equipment being perfect, there’s always room for improvement and Trinity actively works on raising their bar even higher. If there is something wrong with a machine you order they will take care of you. I love the durability, versatility, and dependability of their machines. The cost of these machines equates to the quality of workmanship, proven by the longevity under such gruesome conditions. If taken care of they will last a lifetime or more. They most certainly will outlast any competitors OP machine. Trinity’s warranty is fantastic, and they honored it if there was ever an issue with a part on my machines that I could not figure out. These machines and products are top-notch quality and their customer service is unmatched. I will be a Trinity customer and friend for life.

I really want to thank you for the Step Son stair tool you sent me a few weeks ago. It works extremely well for cleaning stairs, and about 3O% faster than our old stair tool and truck mount system. I can’t believe the versatility of this tool. It’s so much faster and easier than pulling in hoses. So far we’ve cleaned mattresses and box springs, also several small spotting calls, outdoor furniture, and even one small water damage (air conditioner leak).

Just wanted to let you all know that I couldn’t wait to get my box of OC pads. Trinity OP Systems was a game changer for us! I can’t believe the difference in cleaning power this machine has over the other op machines that we have (Orbot & Lowboy). We purchased the Spyder and love it! I refer to the Spyder as the MX’s little brother. It is so much easier to lift in and out of the van and pull upstairs. You can really feel the difference and the torque with this machine and can clean as fast as you want with it. We revel at the speed of cleaning.
